SWIMMING!
well swimming is a fun sport, it helps built character ,stamina, speed , focus and of course tone your body. also it helps u have a good spine.
as for that someone i wont mention whom , i taught him on how to swim , do the egg beater rotation and scarling, but he learned one ,hahaha that person needs alot of practice but i think after awhile he would be able to swim properly .
on the other hand sotongs are suppose to be able to swim properly and very quickly at that but i know one sotong which is not meant for the water..hahahaha
